#5010 Oiling System + Heat Plate + Vacuum Pump
- Two separate chambers: Filling liquid chamber and gemstone processing chamber
- Built-in thermometer monitors the hot plate which heats both chambers to the same temperature
- The electrical vacuum pump removes all air and moisture from cracks in the stones
How it works:
The hot plate heats both chambers (paraffin & gemstones) to the same temperature.
The electrical vacuum pump removes all air and moisture from cracks in the stones
When the temperature is good and all air & moisture is out, the operator open the valve and the paraffin is transfer to the stones chamber.
During this process the cracks in the gemstones are filled up (capillary) by the paraffin.
This procedure eliminate the optical visibilities of the defects in the stones.

The gemstone processing chamber contains six separate stainless steel beakers in order to separate between different lots such as rough gemstone, finished cut gemstones or typ. These oblong shaped beakers are specially designed to utilize maximum volume of the stone container.
