BHandasa company was founded by Boaz Grosman in 2014. BHandasa emerged from Zamrot Ashalim Eng. Co. which was founded in 1988 by Yehoshua Mor,  ZAE developed OEM products and contract engineering projects.

After Shuki sudden (2013), Boaz and former colleges established a new company, utilizing the vast knowledge and experience they gained over 20 years at ZAE. 
The company objective is to focus its engineering abilities on semi-conductor, Medical and other  industries.
